It renews yearly with a light re-review. If your fee lapses, the badge pauses; it never transfers.
Can artists under 18 use The Shot List?
Yes, through an adult. A parent, guardian, or manager who's at least 18 holds and operates the account on the artist's behalf, which means they're the one on every message and booking conversation. Plenty of developing artists work this way already, and it keeps a responsible adult in every conversation about shoots, rates, and meetups.
